11/11/2009 MANDATORY BALL USE IN ALL CIF-SS PLAYOFFS

  The mandatory "official" ball rule for all playoff rounds, excluding golf. The rule applies throughout the conduct of ALL CIF Southern Section PLAYOFF contests.
